C. Jinn Liu, M.D. C. Jinn Liu has been with Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin since 2007. She completed her family medicine residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in 2007. She received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, now Sidney Kimmel Medical College, in 2004, and her bachelor’s in science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002. In addition to being a full-time clinician, Dr. Liu is a managing partner at Family Practice. She remains involved with patient-centered medical home, meaningful use and population health management. |

Ira Z. Gerstman, M.D. Dr. Gerstman has been practicing family medicine in Fort Washington, Pa. since 1981. He graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974 with a B.A. in bioanthropology. His M.D. degree was received from UMDNJ—New Jersey Medical School in 1978. His Family Medicine Residency was completed in 1981 at Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J. Dr. Gerstman places a great emphasis on teaching - this includes his patients, medical assistants, students, medical students, and residents in family medicine. Since 1981, he has served as a faculty member of the Abington Family Medicine Residency Program. An active member of the community, Dr. Gerstman has also served on the Upper Dublin Township Open Space Committee since 1995 and has been a Committee Leader for Upper Dublin Community Day from 1994-2006. |

Alison Purcell, MSN, CRNP Alison joined Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin in October 2011 as a family nurse practitioner. She received her master’s in nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and her bachelor’s in nursing from the Johns Hopkins University in 2007. She has worked professionally as a registered nurse in general medicine and oncology settings at Pennsylvania Hospital and as a senior research assistant in reproductive health at the Guttmacher Institute. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College. In her current primary care role, she works collaboratively with her colleagues to manage direct patient care and support population health and care management initiatives. |

Sue Gibbons, Practice Administrator, Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin Sue has been a staff member of Family Practice Associates of Upper Dublin since June 1988. Sue has worked with Dr. Badolato on many of his local, state and national presentations and initiatives for health care reform and the microeconomics of health care. Sue received her B.S. degree in business management, as well as a master’s in management degree in human resource management from the University of Phoenix. |
